According to Amazon price checking website Camelcamelcamel, this is the lowest ever price the phone has sold for since its release in September 2024.At the time of writing, this deal includes the teal, black and white models of the iPhone 16.Amazon is listing this discount as a "Limited time deal", but does not disclose when the special price will end.Luckily, you don't need to be an Amazon Prime subscriber to take advantage of the deal, but you might want to act now as we don't know how long it'll be at this price for.Other popular UK retailers Argos and Currys are also selling the iPhone 16 at a discount, though their £699 price tags are pipped by £1 by Amazon’s £698.However, both those sellers have all five colours of the phone in stock, including the ultramarine and pink hues.Argos’s listing for the phone says the deal is ‘in demand’ and ‘popular’, the retailer’s indication that the product is selling well.
